Dynasty‑Pay is an online service for exchanging electronic and digital currencies. The platform operates via a request-based system and offers fast, automated asset exchange.
⚙️ Exchange Process and Terms
The user submits a request, selects the exchange direction, enters the amount and wallet details. The request is valid for 30 to 90 minutes. The rate is not fixed at creation but at the time funds are received — if it changes by more than 0.01 %, the final amount may be recalculated. Most transactions are instant, but processing can take up to 5 business days.
🔐 AML/CTF and Verification
All transactions are checked for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) compliance. In suspicious cases, the service may request documents: passport, photo, proof of funds. Verification may take 7–10 business days. Use of VPN, proxy or TOR is strictly prohibited.
💸 Fees and Refunds
For cancelled requests or user errors, the fee is 0.5 % to 4 %; for stablecoins — 1 %. If the error is on the service’s side, a full refund is possible. If blocked due to AML, up to 10 % may be withheld or a 100 USDT fee charged. Wrong network — penalty of $25 + network fee.
📌 Restrictions
The service can deny transactions without explanation. Smart contract transactions are not supported. Users are responsible for correct network and wallet info.

Support is available daily (usually from 10:00 to 22:00 Kyiv time). Refunds are only made upon request — they are not automatic.
