The service operates automatic exchange operations around the clock, seven days a week. In case of cash exchange, the participation of a moderator may be required, but the application must still be submitted online. The rate fixed at the time of application and valid for 18 minutes is automatically updated. The commission is already included in the exchange rate offered. On the Master-Change platform, cryptocurrency exchange is available without the need for registration, although transactions with bank cards require verification of personal and payment data. Offices are located in Kyiv and Kharkov, and in other cities offline points with partner companies are available for cash exchange. After submitting the application, the moderators announce the time and place of the meeting. The service supports more than 10 types of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and Litecoin, and also accepts popular fiat currencies such as hryvnia, US dollar and euro. Cards from almost all Ukrainian banks are supported, including PrivatBank, FUIB, Oschadbank, Monobank, Raiffeisen. The total amount of reserves exceeds $30 million.
